Offshore Rover

Introducing the Prometeo Rover, a cutting-edge creation by ALTO and AXIST Robotics, tailored for offshore flange inspections. This advanced rover is delivered via crane and autonomously lands on the monopile flange, equipped with three high-precision scanners. These scanners meticulously gather data to assess the overall condition, local flatness, run-out, and tilt of the flange. But that’s not all—Prometeo goes above and beyond with GPS and compass functionalities, enabling accurate positioning and reporting of true north during installation. It even provides insights into monopile inclination post-installation. Equipped with an integrated camera, Prometeo offers visual inspection capabilities, ensuring thorough assessment of the flange’s condition.
Operating in winds of up to 16 meters per second and capable of landing in rough seas, this rover excels even in light rain conditions. To maintain pristine conditions for inspection, Prometeo features a built-in blower and wiper, ensuring clear visibility of the flange surface throughout the inspection process. Experience the future of offshore inspections with Prometeo—reliable, versatile, and engineered for excellence.
