A laser tracker is a portable coordinate-measuring system designed to measure large components, machinery and industrial structures with high accuracy. It determines the three-dimensional position of a reflector or handheld probe, allowing engineers to compare measured geometry with drawings or CAD models and provide real-time guidance during manufacturing, assembly and installation.

Leica AT402 and AT403 Laser Trackers
The Leica Absolute Tracker AT402 and AT403 are portable laser tracker systems developed for accurate large-volume measurement in demanding industrial environments. Their compact design and long reflector range made them suitable for dimensional inspection, assembly, alignment and installation activities in manufacturing facilities and at customer sites.
The systems support reflector measurement over large volumes and can be combined with the Leica B-Probe for measuring concealed or difficult-to-reach points. Typical applications include aerospace assembly, shipbuilding, energy, heavy engineering and large-component inspection.
The AT402 and AT403 are legacy Leica laser tracker models. ALTO can provide application guidance, technical support and advice on current Leica laser tracker solutions, including the AT500, across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Africa.
FARO Tracker ION
The FARO Laser Tracker ION is a legacy large-volume measurement system used for dimensional inspection, assembly alignment, dynamic measurement and machine calibration. ALTO can provide application guidance and recommend current laser tracker solutions for customers replacing or upgrading an existing FARO ION system.
