ALTO provides 3D dimensional inspection, alignment and industrial metrology services worldwide, with rapid mobilisation across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, the wider Middle East and Africa.

Our engineers perform measurements directly at customer facilities, production plants, fabrication yards and project sites. We leverage advanced Hexagon and Creaform technologies, including Leica and FARO laser trackers, portable measuring arms, 3D scanners, industrial total stations and photogrammetry systems.

3D Dimensional Inspection Services

  • Dimensional inspection: Verification of components and structures against drawings, tolerances and CAD models.
  • Laser tracker alignment: Alignment of machinery, shafts, bearings, foundations and critical interfaces.
  • 3D scanning: Surface inspection, as-built documentation, CAD comparison and reverse engineering.
  • Assembly support: Real-time measurement for component positioning, installation and fit-up.
  • Virtual fit-up: Digital assembly analysis to identify clashes and reduce trial fits, trial lifts and rework.
  • Jig and fixture calibration: Inspection and adjustment of assembly tooling, welding fixtures and checking fixtures.

Using SpatialAnalyzer and PolyWorks, ALTO performs CAD comparison, best-fit analysis, virtual assembly, temperature compensation and customised 3D reporting. We support aerospace, automotive, energy, Oil & Gas, steel, shipbuilding, on-site machining and other precision-critical industries.
