ALTO, in collaboration with AXIST robotic, has developed a cutting-edge rover designed to meet the offshore wind farm industry’s need for precise foundation flange measurements after piling. This unmanned, automated device addresses the challenge of performing measurements without the need to construct any platforms around the foundation. Our rover lands directly on the foundation flange and, within just 40 minutes, accurately measures flatness, tilt, and ovality, generating a detailed report on the spot.
